How long does processing take?

Made-to-order paintings take approximately 7–10 business days to create before shipment. Ready-to-ship gifts and décor are typically prepared within 2–3 business days. Any special timing will be noted on the individual product page.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in color and pattern are normal and part of what makes each piece one-of-a-kind.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! Many of our paintings and gifts can be customized. Reach out to us with your idea and we'll let you know what's possible.

What if a one-of-a-kind item sells out?

Once a one-of-a-kind piece sells, that exact item may not be available again. Select designs may be recreated in the future — availability will be noted on the product listing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on domestic orders of $100 or more.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective items. All clearance and final sale items are sold as-is and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
