Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo to kingdomscented1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review and process a refund or replacement for verified damaged goods.

All sales are final except in cases of damage or defect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Clearance & Sale Items: All clearance and sale items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

To start a return: Contact us at kingdomscented1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Returns must be pre-approved before sending any items back.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
