At Kingdom Scented Co., every product is lovingly handcrafted and made to stand out. Each piece is made with epoxy and acrylic paint and requires up to 24 hours to cure — because great things take time!

Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carefully made and prepared for shipment.

Customized Orders: Custom orders are made just for you, and may require a little extra time beyond our standard window. The timeline will depend on the complexity of your customization, and we'll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Delivery Time: Once your order ships, it typically arrives within 5–7 business days.

Every Piece is Unique: Because our products are handcrafted, no two pieces are exactly alike. Colors and patterns may vary slightly from the photos shown — that's the beauty of handmade!

Replacements: If a replacement is ever needed, we'll do our very best to recreate your item. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of epoxy and acrylic materials, the color pattern and appearance may differ from the original.

Damaged Items: We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. Once we receive your message and photos, we'll review everything and follow up with the best next steps for you.
